LCBF Arts & Craft Show

August 13-15, 2010

 

The Arts & Craft show is open to all crafters from August 13-15, 2010.  Crafters may set up as early as Noon on Friday. Saturday attendance is mandatory by all crafters. Friday and Sunday will be optional. All spaces are first come, first serve and cannot be reserved. 

 

Fee:  $100.00 due with application by July 15, 2010.  Applications received after July 15, 2010 will not be considered. Please make checks payable to “Haybale Entertainment”. Crafters will receive two complimentary tickets to the festival.  Tickets will be held at the gate upon your arrival. Send your application in quickly as space will be limited, based on quantity of crafters and also category of the craft.

 

Eligibility:  We only allow quality handmade crafts to be sold at the festival. If you are not a member of the VT Handcrafters or VT Crafts Council, your craft must be juried by our staff in order to be eligible to participate at the craft show.

All crafters are responsible for providing tables, chairs, tents (if desired), tools and materials necessary for set up. Running water and electricity are not available.  Please prepare accordingly as this is an outdoor event. Please review Facilities and Policies for more information.
